Wagon Sachet Machine

Description

Wagon sachet machine designed for automatic packing small hardware accessories, e.g. screws, buttons (individual pieces or specific quantities) in foil sachets.

The products previously placed in the wagons fall successively to the sealing section, where they are packed in foil-formed bags in the form of a web.
Foil material can use: PE, laminates, foil + aluminum, foil + paper, nylon, BOPP.
PLC + HMI control makes operation easy and efficient, it also allows high versatility and flexibility to match production needs.

The construction of the machine excludes penetration of the substance into the product.
All the contact parts to the product have a smooth surface and are made of stainless steel, resistant to corrosion.
