Description

Our single-head capping machine, which automatically unscrambles and retrieves lids, is controlled by a PLC program. Two cylinders secure the bottles and facilitate the automatic arrangement of caps.The process involves initially grasping the lid and then completing the capping action under the control of the double-acting cylinder's lifting stroke.

The machine employs a pneumatic mechanism to grasp the lids, and the lid-revolving head is equipped with a clutch to prevent damage to securely tightened lids. This machine is suitable for capping drums weighing 1-30 kg and plastic caps with large diameters.
